Developing and deploying ethical transformation practices
The Association for Ethical Transformations (AET) aims to be a space for reflection, action, and transformation, guided by ethical values. We aspire to create conditions for a better world through the key principles of ethical transformations, including human values, human benefits, the use of questioning throughout projects, and the alignment of individuals with their roles, along with a commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Ethical leadership of Organizations and People
Balancing ethics, financial and people consideration
Engagement
Alignment for all actors: their purposes, roles, talents and goals.
Encourage Managers to develop their teams exploring performance and potential.
Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Be persistent & consistent: reinforce ethical standards in all communications & actions.
Remain firm in promoting ethical behaviour despite resistance.
The association originated from the collaboration of several support professionals: Philippe Bourgeois (Holsen), Dr. Robert Weisz (ComProfiles), and Julian Perez Duarte (Acertare) with a common observation on transformations: numerous failures, a problem at work increasing, and, more generally, a social and societal environment that is deteriorating.
Drawing on several methods (including change management, coaching, communication, and organizational sociology), they aimed to establish a professional community to accelerate research and development, foster community building, and create conditions for broad and intense international deployment.
The Professionals Involved and the Benefits :
This space for reflection and action is designed for coaches, consultants, and business decision-makers who wish to actively contribute to the development and promotion of new approaches aimed at enhancing the implementation of transformations.
The benefits they can expect include:
- Contribution to a meaningful vision,
