Presentation

The Association for Ethical Transformations (AET) aims to be a space for reflection, action, and transformation, guided by ethical values. We aspire to create conditions for a better world through the key principles of ethical transformations, including human values, human benefits, the use of questioning throughout projects, and the alignment of individuals with their roles, along with a commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Extract from Our Commitment Charter

Human Values
We aspire to model ethical behavior in our missions, embodying principles such as altruism, integrity, justice, responsibility, and respect for diversity and inclusion.
Human Benefits
We are dedicated to ensuring that the projects we undertake yield benefits beyond financial gains. These benefits extend to the teams within the organization, encompassing various forms such as skill development and enhancing quality of life at work.
Constant questioning
We believe in the value of constant questioning as a means to foster personal and collective growth. In our approach, we are committed to encouraging questioning at each stage of projects by fostering open-mindedness and questioning our beliefs and practices.
Alignment of People with Their Roles

We acknowledge that aligning individuals with their roles is essential to ensure ethical and effective action. Each member of the association is encouraged to consider this notion of alignment with their clients/organization whenever the scope of certain functions is modified within a project.

CSR

We recognize that social and societal responsibility is an integral part of transformation projects, and therefore, these aspects must be addressed, covering various pillars including governance and organization, environment, human rights, contribution to local development, relationships and working conditions, good business practices, and consumer protection.

The History of the Association

The association originated from the collaboration of several support professionals: Philippe Bourgeois (Holsen), Dr. Robert Weisz (ComProfiles), and Julian Perez Duarte (Acertare) with a common observation on transformations: numerous failures, a problem at work increasing, and, more generally, a social and societal environment that is deteriorating.

Drawing on several methods (including change management, coaching, communication, and organizational sociology), they aimed to establish a professional community to accelerate research and development, foster community building, and create conditions for broad and intense international deployment.

The Professionals Involved and the Benefits :
